Sheboygan Paint Company announced that Kelly Rundhaugen has joined the company as customer service manager.

In this role, Rundhaugen will manage and develop the company’s customer service operations, ensuring high-quality service to clients while supporting the organization’s Customerization℠ philosophy: providing precisely what customers need through innovation, service and industry expertise.

Rundhaugen brings 15 years of customer service experience with a proven record of leading teams, driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lakeland University.
