A new TIP-TITE^® mobile drum dumper from Flexicon with integrated flexible screw conveyor enables safe, dust-free transfer of bulk materials in hazardous locations. The system features a pneumatically powered hydraulic lift that eliminates spark risks from electrical equipment, while conveyor controls are positioned outside the hazardous zone for additional safety.

The unit handles drums from 30 to 55 gal (115 to 200 L) and creates a dust-tight seal during operation. Its flexible screw conveyor uses a self-centering design that minimizes material grinding and maintenance needs. Mounted on a mobile frame with quick-action floor jacks, the system can be positioned anywhere in the facility and stored when not in use. Available in carbon steel with industrial finishes or all-stainless steel construction, it accommodates both free-flowing and challenging materials that tend to pack or cake.
