Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in automotive paint refinishing, has announced the launch of Collision Core Pronto, an automated paint dispenser designed to address rising costs and skilled labor shortages in the refinish industry. The system offers greater speed, efficiency and guaranteed color precision through a fully automated, user-friendly process, revolutionizing how body shops and de-fleet centers operate.
Collision Core Pronto is available with four or six dispensing heads, allowing flexibility for high-volume and high-labor-cost environments. Key features include:
- Concurrent mixing: Pronto can mix up to four colors simultaneously, enabling up to 192 colors per day.
- Fast mixing time: Reduces mix time by 50%, completing a mix in just five minutes.
- Precision and waste reduction: Patented technology ensures accuracy to 0.01 g, eliminating overpouring and product waste.
- Low maintenance: Automated product recirculation prevents clogging, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
“With the Collision Core Pronto, we aim to help customers overcome challenges and improve productivity, profitability and operational efficiency,” said Dave Wright, vice president of Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes for EMEAI.
Customers who have trialed the system across Europe have reported increased outputs, fewer errors and significant time savings. “The paint dispenser has transformed how we operate,” said Adail Abbas, owner of TCR Supplies in the UK.
Collision Core Pronto is available exclusively through Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes.
