Gema USA Inc., a Graco Inc. company, announced the promotion of Shawn Hayes to Sales Manager.

“In this key leadership role, Shawn will oversee our entire sales team, managing both the U.S. and Canadian markets,” said Mike Thies, General Manager of Gema North America. “Since joining us in June 2020 as the East Region Sales Manager, Shawn has demonstrated strong sales performance while enhancing and supporting our distribution network. I am confident that his leadership will further strengthen our efforts as we continue to drive growth across North America.”

Before joining Gema, Shawn held roles as Regional Sales Manager and Director of Operations at Echo Engineering and Production Supplies. His experience in the powder coating industry and sales management expertise will support Gema’s long-term growth goals.
