Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. (SCIL) announced its acquisition of the Heubach Group, combining the expertise of both companies to create a global pigment leader. This acquisition broadens SCIL’s product portfolio and strengthens its position in key markets such as Europe and the Americas.

Bram D’hondt from Heubach added, “Together, we aim to reclaim our 200+ years of legacy of serving customers with high-quality products.”

The acquisition is expected to close in the next 3-4 months, subject to regulatory approvals.
