The Electrocoat association is offering an interactive two-day program to meet the technical needs of electrocoaters, and those interested in learning more about the industry. At this event, taking place at the Courtyard Marriott Lafayette on June 6-7, 2023, attendees will review the basics before taking a deeper dive into cost and process efficiencies, quality control, troubleshooting, and innovative technology. 

To enhance the learning experience, The Electrocoat Association invites attendees to a complimentary tour of the Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) facility tour on the morning of June 7. SIA is home of North American production for the Ascent, Impreza, Legacy, and Outback models. The company’s service parts facility operates a (SST) Slide Square Transfer system is designed for a 10-stage zinc phosphate pretreatment process and a 4-stage e-coat process (1 electrocoat stage and 3 post rinses). Additionally, the service parts facility is host to one of four wastewater treatment plants onsite.

Additionally, there will be a “Meet the Speakers” networking reception held onsite on the first day of the event.
