Sheboygan Paint Company has appointed Esmeralda Garibay as Human Resources Manager. In this role, Garibay will be responsible for employee relations and engagement, hiring, retention, and developing an overall HR strategy that supports the company’s ‘Customerization’ motto to provide precisely what customers need through innovation, service, and industry expertise.  

Garibay has worked in the United States and internationally, managing multiple industrial business units with workforces of over 1,000 employees. Her 15 years of experience includes employee communication improvement and ensuring strong execution of human resources standardization. Garibay attended the University of Redlands, where she studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and achieved her PHR. She is a member of SHRM, LCW, HRCI, and AHRD.
