WILMINGTON, DE - Ashland recently announced it is increasing prices on Natrosol™ HEC, Aquaflow™ NSAT, mineral oil-based defoamers, and pHlex™ products. The Natrosol Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose (HEC) rheology modifiers product line will increase by 5-7%. The Aquaflow non-ionic synthetic associative thickeners (NSAT) product line will increase 3-5%. The Drewplus™, Drew™, and Advantage™ mineral oil defoamers product line will increase 8-12%, and pHlex neutralizing amines will increase up to 30% (amount varies by region).

Ashland reports that the company continues to focus on managing the costs of products to deliver top-quality products and exceptional service to customers. The recent price increase in key raw materials and global freight necessitate Ashland’s pricing adjustment. The increases apply globally and are effective July 1, 2021, or as agreements allow.
