BYK-329 is a silicone-containing surface additive for both solvent-free and solventborne systems that greatly reduces surface tension, especially in floor coatings and general industrial coatings, and promotes leveling and defoaming properties. The product profile is rounded off by enhanced substrate wetting, specifically in two-pack epoxy resin systems for floor coatings. Applications include solvent-free and solventborne two-pack epoxy resin, polyurethane and polyaspartic coatings.
