MAPLE HEIGHTS, OH – Marcia Karwowski recently joined specialty chemical distributor dar-tech inc. as a Customer Service Representative. She is responsible for processing orders, developing standard operating procedures, implementing systems projects, and supporting customer needs.

Karwowski has extensive experience in project management and logistics solutions and a deep understanding of the coatings industry from 13 years in a prior role as an Implementation Project Manager with PPG Industries. She also teaches courses in economics and business with the University of Akron.

Karwowski has a master's degree in business administration and management from Case Western University and a bachelor's degree in business administration and computer management from Baldwin Wallace University.
