BASF Increases Price of Its Kaolin Product Portfolio

FLORHAM PARK, NJ — BASF’s Kaolin business is implementing a 10% price increase across its entire product portfolio. The price change is effective for all material shipped on or after May 1, 2021, or as contracts allow. BASF reports that the price adjustment is due to a strong global demand that has resulted in unprecedented cost pressures in manufacturing, labor and logistics.
