MIDDLEBOROUGH, MA – AMETEK Brookfield, part of AMETEK’s Instrumentation & Specialty Controls Division, announced the opening of its first media room at its Middleboro, Massachusetts, headquarters. The media room will be used for new video content and live productions, including online courses, how-to videos, webinars, and more. AMETEK Brookfield aims to promote e-learning and virtual training programs on material characterization and other relevant topics to customers globally.

"No expense has been spared, and no detail has been overlooked in the construction of AMETEK Brookfield’s U.S. media room,” said Joe Plante, AMETEK Brookfield’s Vice President and Business Unit Manager. “Our global sales, marketing, and operations teams collectively selected all equipment, running many trials to ensure everything is just right. We want our customers to have a positive online classroom experience from the comfort of their home or office.”

The media room enables AMETEK Brookfield to deliver customers timely content online with the highest quality. According to the company, the new U.S. media room expands AMETEK Brookfield expert trainers’ reach exponentially, making product training widely available online beyond classroom limits. Customers will be able to access AMETEK Brookfield’s training and stream valuable resources  at their convenience without having to take time away from work or travel onsite, creating efficiency and cost savings. AMETEK Brookfield plans to establish media rooms in the United Kingdom, Germany and India later this year.
