MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Lorama Group International and JF Shelton announced a North and South America distribution agreement with HS Chem effective Jan. 1, 2021.

As subsidiaries of Lorama Group Inc., both Lorama Group International and JF Shelton will leverage Lorama's laboratory capacity of 40 lab technicians, U.S. and international sales teams, and its international logistics office to assist customers with HS Chem's portfolio of amide and polyethylene additives and anti-settling agents.

Founded in 1978, HS Chem is a leading supplier to the coatings industry. Its MONORAL additives line is manufactured across three South Korean manufacturing sites.
