CHATTANOOGA, TN – The Micronics Engineered Filtration Group announced that Glenn Hollis has joined the team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hollis now has responsibility for Micronics’ global Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and IT teams.

Previously, he was CFO of three PE-backed manufacturing companies: Thermal Solutions Manufacturing (TSM), Lund International and CMS Hartzell. In each instance, Glenn contributed to strong top- and bottom-line growth and drove significant value creation for the business and shareholders,” Cummins added.
Hollis is based out of Micronics’ new Chattanooga, Tennessee, headquarters, where the company’s U.S. filter media manufacturing is also located. The company additionally has operations in Dover, New Hampshire, Saltillo, Mexico, Stoke-on-Trent, UK, and Chicago.
