MALMÖ, Sweden - Perstorp Holding AB has named Ulf Berghult its new CFO. With a strong background as a senior executive, Berghult most recently worked as CFO at Trelleborg, a position he held since 2012. Previous experience includes similar positions at companies like Thule Group, Dometic and Oriflame.

Johan Ryrberg, who temporarily held the CFO position after Magnus Heimburg left to become CEO at Preem, will secure continuity at the CFO office until Berghult is in place.
