HAMBURG, Germany — Hamburg, Germany-based Nordmann has expanded its portfolio and is now distributing products from Sudarshan, a leader in the manufacture of color pigments located in India. The distribution agreement will initially cover organic colored pigments for the plastics, coatings and printing ink markets.

As a leading manufacturer of color and effect pigments, Sudarshan has more than 60 years of professional experience and currently sells its products in over 85 countries. “I am very pleased that in Nordmann we have found a partner who will support our company’s ambitious growth targets and who is already very well-positioned in the markets for inorganic pigments and additives,” said Milan Krumbe, General Manager of Sudarshan Europe B.V. “Our color pigments portfolio will provide an excellent complement to this business.”

While Nordmann already distributes both metallic and effect pigments for plastics and coatings, organic products are a new addition to the company’s sales portfolio. Its sales territory covers the DACH region, the Nordic countries and southeastern Europe.
