AVON, OH – Arakawa Chemical Inc. has appointed Cambrian Solutions, a Maroon Group company, as its Canadian distributor for the company’s C9 hydrogenated hydrocarbon line sold under the ARKON^® brand name. Cambrian Solutions offers a broad portfolio of specialty ingredients and chemicals to customers in the Canadian market with a focus on providing differentiated value-added capabilities to customers and principals through technical proficiency and formulary expertise.

Arakawa Chemical Inc. has been providing solutions for the Americas for over 30 years. The company's market focus in the Americas is in supplying to hot melts, sealant, PSA, tapes, plastic film modification among other adhesive applications.

Cambrian’s leadership team will continue to actively manage the business on a day-to-day basis while leveraging Maroon Group’s global network of resources.
