MANCHESTER, UK — Elcometer Limited, a manufacturer of coating inspection equipment, has appointed Dr. Tim Harvey to be a Product Manager. Harvey joins Elcometer following a 10-year career in product management. With expertise in supervising multiple projects, from conception to product launch, Harvey will be responsible for management of the full product life cycle of Elcometer’s Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Abrasive Blasting and Industrial Refinishing Inspection divisions.
