Fluo 400G is suitable where an ultrafine particle size is not critical. Fluo 400SM is a dry powder based on aggregated nanospherical PTFE, useful for applications where gloss retention is important. PTFE micropowders & dispersions are generally for use as additives in conventional plastic/construction materials. PTFE micropowders can be added to polycarbonate and polyamide, as well as other plastics, to improve wear and to reduce the coefficient of friction. According to the EU regulation, it requires PFOA&PFOS free.
