MALMÖ, Sweden — Perstorp Group announced that CFO Magnus Heimburg will leave his assignment in August to become CEO of Preem.

"I would together with Perstorp's board of directors like to warmly thank Magnus for his efforts and wish him good luck in the future. Magnus has been invaluable in many of the successful projects and activities that have made Perstorp the company we are today," said Jan Secher, President and CEO for Perstorp.

Perstorp also announced that the company has started the recruitment of a new CFO.
