CLEVELAND – Specialty chemical distributor Palmer Holland announced the addition of David Le Pagne and Julue Duplechian to the Palmer Holland CASE sales team.
Le Pagne comes to Palmer Holland as an Account Manager – CASE. He began his career in the chemical industry in 2005 where he held previous roles with Clariant Pigments, Ashland-ISP and Troy Chemical. His professional affiliations include the Los Angeles Society for Coatings Technology. Le Pagne’s territory includes Southern California, Colorado and Utah.
Duplechian joins Palmer Holland as an Account Manager - CASE with over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry. Previously, she was a Technical Sales Representative with Terra Firma/D&F based in Houston. Her professional affiliations include the Houston Paint and Coatings Association, Society of Plastics Engineers, and Institute of Food Technologists. Duplechian is responsible for a territory that covers Houston, Austin and San Antonio, El Paso, southern Texas, and Louisiana.
