CINCINNATI – Chris Urban, Patrick Conover, Cathi Mowery and Hannah Davis have joined Pilot Chemical’s sales force to support the growth of the company’s surfactant and biocide product lines.

Urban, Distribution Key Account Manager, will manage the surfactant and biocide product lines with Pilot’s authorized channel partners. He brings more than 11 years of industry experience to the role. Before joining Pilot, Urban served as Account Manager of coatings and construction chemicals at Clariant.

Conover, Distribution Account Manager, will support Urban in driving distribution growth for Pilot’s product lines. He most recently served as Chemical Account Manager at Univar Solutions.

Mowery, Senior Account Manager, will support sales and product development for Pilot’s industrial applications market. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, including her most recent position as Senior Account Manager for SI Group’s polymer and additives business unit.

Davis, Inside Account Manager, will oversee Pilot’s surfactant tolling relationships and new customer sales. Prior to joining Pilot, Davis served as a Project Engineer at Karpinski Engineering.
