TAMPA, FL - Gulf Coast Chemical has hired Doug Loudin as Southeast Technical Sales Representative.  Loudin brings over 30 years of experience to the C.A.S.E., construction, plastics, rubber, lubricants and personal care industries. The territory that Loudin will manage includes Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee.
