FLEETWOOD, PA — Custom Milling & Consulting Inc. announced a new partnership with DRM Chemical Process Services, owned and operated by Dave Morse, in which Morse will offer his services to a wide range of industries, assisting with product development and process optimization. Bringing more than 37 years of experience in the chemical processing and specialty inks industries, Morse will offer his services as a Process Consultant.

Morse began his career as a supervisor in the Sulfonation unit of Colgate-Palmolive. From there, he worked for several years at a large specialty chemicals corporation. Later, he went to work for Clariant Corp., developing dyes, pigments and various intermediates. After six years and having been elevated to the position of Senior Pilot Plant Engineer, Morse moved on to his most recent position of Senior Process and Project Engineer at Markem-Imaje in Keene, New Hampshire.

This experience has provided Morse with expert knowledge in processing solutions for different chemical industries. He has worked with the latest in media milling technology, three-roll mills, submicron filtration, reactor design and operation, formulation development, and much more.
