Exhibiting a unique balance of adhesion, cohesion, printability and high-temperature performance, 127-30HV from Creative Materials is a fine-feature, flexible, re-workable, electrically conductive silicone-based adhesive.

Suitable in a wide variety of coating, printing, fastening and bonding applications, 127-30HV is elastomeric and suitable for high-reliability interconnects, stretchable conductive features, and electrical attachments for stress-sensitive devices. It is one of a very few products that can bond well to silicones as well as to some types of fluorochemical compounds and coatings. The fine feature capability of 127-30HV allows for screen printing down to 60-100 um. 127-30HV has been successfully extruded through 5 and 10 um orifices and is suitable for dispensing the most intricate features. Gold-, platinum-, and carbon-filled versions, as well as a dielectric version of this product are also available.

Typical performance of 127-30HV includes sheet resistivity of 0.3 Ω/sq/mil, thermal stability to 325 °C, and a useful temperature range of -70 °C to 260 °C.
