Leadership Changes at Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corp./OPC Polymers
COLUMBUS, OH — Yenkin-Majestic Paint Corp./OPC Polymers announced changes to the company’s executive leadership team.
Andrew O. Smith has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Smith started with the company in 1995 following work as a management consultant and entrepreneur, and served most recently as the Chief Operating Officer.
Merom Brachman has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and will continue to serve in a management role with OPC and with purchasing duties.
