SOUTHERN PINES, NC — CHEMARK Consulting Group, Southern Pines, NC, announced that Gary Shawhan is the new President of the company, effective immediately. Shawhan has served as Vice President of Marketing for the company for 10 years. Phil Phillips, CHEMARK’s President and owner for more than 20 years, will become the Executive Vice President and will head up the company’s long-term strategic planning committee. As President, Shawhan will be involved in CHEMARK’s short-term and long-term planning team, along with the others in the group, which include Pat Jones, the company’s current Vice President of M&A.
