TARRYTOWN, NY — Micro Powders Inc. (MPI), a leader in micronized wax additives, has hired Ranell Santa Cruz as the new Technical Director for its Coatings and Personal Care divisions.

Santa Cruz has worked in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomer (CASE) industries for 21 years with experiences in R&D, technical service, sales, manufacturing, procurement, quality and customer service. He comes to MPI having served as Technical Director for the past 12 years at Innovative Resin System in Newark, New Jersey. He also spent several years working for ITW-Polymer Technologies and National Starch and Chemicals.
