AVON, OH — Specialty chemicals distributor Maroon Group LLC announced the addition of Scott Simmons as Director of Regulatory Affairs. Simmons will coordinate all cohesive corporate regulatory activities.

Simmons has an extensive chemical industry background, most recently serving as the Manager, Product Compliance Americas for Lubrizol Corp., in which he led the compliance team for North American regulations. He has chemical knowledge and a breadth of regulatory experience with industrial, food and care products, and end markets. He has also been involved with the integration of various acquisitions.
