ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands — IMCD N.V. announced that effective Sept. 1, 2018, L.V. Lomas Limited (Canada) was renamed IMCD Canada Limited and L.V. Lomas Inc. (USA) was renamed IMCD US Food Inc. L.V. Lomas was acquired in August 2017 and has been successfully integrated into IMCD.
