CLINTON, NJ — D.B. Becker, a Maroon Group LLC company headquartered in Clinton, New Jersey, has added Rhanisha Tillman-Hill as a Northeast Regional Account Manager supporting the CASE business in the Tri-State Area (Connecticut, New Jersey and New York). The company has also appointed Dan Giles to the position of Account Manager covering CASE accounts in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Tillman-Hill comes to D.B. Becker from PPG’s Oak Creek, Wisconsin, facility where she worked as a head coatings chemist and led PPG’s industrial coating formulation activities on one of its major motorcycle accounts. She brings a wealth of coatings experience across of a wide latitude of chemistries including solvent-based, waterborne and high solids/reactive systems.

For more than 20 years, Giles has served the coatings industry in various roles, including as a chemist, applications manager and in technical sales. Most recently, Giles worked as a Technical Application Manager at DSM specializing in architectural and floor coatings.
