SURREY, British Columbia — Cloverdale Paint Inc., a family owned and operated coatings manufacturer headquartered in Canada, has made changes to its board of directors.

Wink Vogel and Noelle Vogel announced their retirement from the board of directors and will not be standing for re-election.

To maintain the family structure of the board, Tracy McDonald and Randy Vogel were appointed to the board of directors to replace Wink and Noelle Vogel. This new structure maintains the balance of three family directors, three management directors and three external directors.

Wink Vogel will assume the position of Honorary Chairman and his son, Tim Vogel, was nominated as Chairman, replacing Wink. Tim Vogel will hold the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
