ROCKWALL, TX — John Owed is the new Col-Met Director of Sales and Marketing for all of the company's product lines in the industrial and automotive industries. Owed joins the Col-Met/RP team with significant experience in the finishing industry. Prior to joining Col-Met/RP, he spent 36 years with ITW/Carlisle Fluid Technologies (BGK, Binks, DeVilbiss, Ransburg, MS Powder) in key managerial roles. Over the years at Carlisle, Owed was very successful in guiding the development of new and innovative products, all the while growing relationships with its distribution, integrator and international partners to bring these new products to the finishing market. “I could not be more excited to have John on board,” said Charles Cecil, President. “John is going to add a considerable amount of knowledge and experience to our team and guide our sales and marketing team to a new level we have not seen before.”
