ANDOVER, MA — ICP Construction, a division of Innovative Chemical Products (the ICP Group), has acquired Pli-Dek Systems Inc., a manufacturer of specialty coatings for the building industry.

ICP Group is a leading specialty platform company in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) markets. Pli-Dek is an innovator of waterproofing solutions that will be integrated into ICP Construction's flooring solutions group as part of its building envelope coatings and systems offerings, joining the Arizona Polymer Flooring, Super-Krete and Rock-Tred brands.

Pli-Dek manufactures a variety of specialty coatings for the building industry, including waterproof deck coatings, fluid-applied waterproofing membranes, epoxy flooring and concrete coatings.
