ASHTABULA, OH – Chromaflo Technologies announced that Erinn Woods and Ramon Lozada have accepted positions as Color Scientists for the company’s Ashtabula, Ohio, facility. Kristin Alt has accepted a position as Technical Service Technician – Thermoset Americas and will be located at the Ashtabula facility. Santosh Yadav has accepted a position as Product Development Scientist for Thermosets, also at the Ashtabula facility.

As Color Scientists, Woods and Lozada will provide color technology support to both internal and external customers for colorant dispersions; create and maintain color technology competencies in terms of instrumentation, electronic formulation tools, formularies and color measurements; help create and support color marketing electronic tools and practices; and develop and train the technical organization in color practices for colorant dispersions.

Alt is responsible for color matching and supporting new product development. In addition, she will work with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing as required to facilitate the successful scale-up of new developments.

As a Product Development Scientist for Thermosets, Yadav will conduct new product research and development for thermoset technology and provide technical support to the Thermoset business unit. In addition, Yadav will provide start-up support to manufacturing as projects are scaled to production quantities.
