WILMINGTON, DE – Ashland announced that effective immediately, or as contracts allow, it will increase prices on products sold into industrial applications by up to 15%. The increase is in response to the continued and sustained rise in raw material and supply chain costs. The affected products include, but are not limited to all cellulose ethers and derivatives, ADVANTAGE™ and DREWPLUS™ foam control agents, AQUAFLOW™ rheology modifiers, DEXTROL™ and STRODEX™ phosphate esters, GALACTASOL™ guar derivatives, IRON MICROPOWDERS, PHLEX™ pH neutralizers, POLYVINYL PYRROLIDONE and derivatives, and VINYL CAPROLACTAM.
