Oxea Announces Price Increases

DALLAS/MONHEIM AM RHEIN, Germany – Oxea will increase list and off-list prices on 2-ethylhexanol effective Feb. 1, 2018, or as contracts allow.

In North America and Mexico, 2-ethylhexanol will increase $0.05/lb. In South America, it will increase $110/mt.

Oxea will increase list and off-list prices on butanols and butyl acetates, effective Feb. 6, 2018, or as contracts allow. This price increase is on top of the price increase effective Jan. 15, 2018.

In North America and Mexico, n/iso-butanol and n/iso-butyl acetate will increase $0.08/lb. In South America, n/iso-butanol and n/iso-butyl acetate will increase $176/mt.
