Alberdingk Boley Takes Over Synthomer Leuna Production Site
KREFELD, Germany - Alberdingk Boley GmbH has taken over the Synthomer Leuna GmbH production site in Sachsen-Anhalt in Eastern Germany.
“By taking-over the new site at Leuna, Alberdingk Boley reliably ensures the growth strategy for its polyurethane and acrylate dispersions,” said Timm Wiegmann, CEO of Alberdingk Boley GmbH.
Financial details of the transaction were not released.
