BETHESDA, MD – As ultraviolet and electron beam (UV+EB) technology continues to enable transformative processes, key tech developers will gather at the uv.eb WEST 2017 Conference and Exhibition Feb. 27 to March 1, 2017, in San Francisco.

With a continued focus on the rapid emergence of UV LEDs, the event will focus on 3D printing markets and materials, UV materials for displays, and how next-generation UV inkjet technology is uniquely enabling functional and decorative printing on a broad range of materials and shapes. A session on The Future of Food will explore food safety, with special presentations by Connie Williams of Mars Inc. and Tatiana Koutchma from Agriculture and Agri-food Canada.

Planners of the event say they will have over 40 exhibitors displaying the latest materials and equipment, as well as a short course that gives an overview of UV+EB chemistry.
