CHARLOTTE, NC - Effective November 1, 2016, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices for styrene-butadiene, styrene-acrylic and acrylic latex polymers sold in North America.
Prices will increase up to $0.07 per wet pound on styrene-butadiene based products, and up to $0.06 per wet pound on styrene-acrylic and acrylic products sold into the construction, fiberbonding and other related industries. The increase is necessitated by recent cost increases in the production of these products.
