Keystone Aniline Corp. has acquired Colour Synthesis Solutions Ltd. (CSS) of Manchester, UK, a provider of colored fine chemicals, non-colored fine chemicals and bespoke chemistry services.

Effective immediately, the CSS business will be integrated into the operations of Keystone Europe based in Huddersfield, UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Aniline Corp. Colour Synthesis Solutions will remain in Manchester and retain its own corporate name and brand.
