WILMINGTON, DE – Ashland Inc. will increase global prices by 5% for its Aquaflow™ nonionic synthetic associative thickeners; Strodex™, Dextrol™ and Zenix™ phosphate ester surfactants; Advantage™ and Drewplus™ foam control agents; and pHLEX™ pH neutralizers. The increases are effective October 1 or as contracts allow.

Manufacturing infrastructure needs, as well as escalating raw materials regulatory compliance costs, are driving the price increases. Recovering these costs allows Ashland to ensure continuity of supply and a premium level of service to customers.
