ATLANTA – Martinswerk GmbH, a subsidiary of J.M. Huber Corp., announced a global price increase for its Martinal^® fine precipitated alumina trihydrate (ATH) products, effective October 1, 2016, or as current contracts allow. Prices will increase depending on product grade and packaging. Martinswerk GmbH is affiliated with the Fire Retardant Additives business unit of Huber Engineered Materials.

While Martinswerk continues to focus on minimizing the inflationary impact on its comprehensive line of Martinal fine precipitated ATH grades, cost increases in materials, packaging, regulatory compliance, labor and capital investments necessitate the pricing adjustment.
