KEM^® NISO™ 8510 is an isocyanate-free topcoat system that can be color matched in any package size to a wide range of colors and quickly blended at Sherwin-Williams facilities across North America.

The system dries hard in 24 hours and may be ambient or force cured to adapt to almost any customer line. It has superior flow, leveling and sharp edge sag resistance, and can be applied wet-on-wet with common-catalyst KEM NISO primers for improved corrosion resistance in exposed applications.

The two-component product has similar appearance and gloss properties as conventional high-solids urethanes used for metal and general industrial applications in a broad range of industry segments including trailers, heavy machinery, cranes and mining equipment.
