CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – Van Horn, Metz & Co. Inc., a specialty raw material distributor for industrial markets, has hired Andrew A. Romano as its new Regional Sales Manager in the Mid-Atlantic region. Romano will provide support for select accounts in his region. He brings to his new position a depth of knowledge in the chemical industry, from developing and managing coatings additives product lines to direct sales responsibilities and distribution management for MMA flooring systems and saturated polyesters.

Romano’s technical background includes research and development of new products for the coatings, inks, latex, and adhesives industries focused on foam control, inverse emulsion polymers and water-soluble polymers.
