For customers who need additional assistance, Paintzen’s project managers are available for guidance throughout the booking process and can even provide expert recommendations for bringing creative visions to life, whether it’s a full-room transformation or a fresh coat of shutter paint.

Within 24-hours of online purchase, Paintzen’s DIY customers will receive a personalized, all-inclusive DIY Kit that includes every tool necessary to complete the project:

Customers select from more than 3,500 Benjamin Moore colors available in five finishes via the easy-to-use Paintzen color selection tool; and the platform’s smart quoting engine will calculate the exact quantity necessary based on provided room measurements. 

Paintzen will provide helpful DIY step-by-step videos with each order to help customers master professional painting techniques (or at least nail the basics).

The DIY Program is available for Paintzen customers in major U.S. markets including the NYC-Tri State, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston and Washington metro areas.
