TAMPA, FL – Gardner-Gibson Inc., Tampa, FL, announced that Tom Ferrari has joined the company in the newly formed position of Director of New Business Development. In this role, Ferrari will leverage his three decades of coating industry experience to expand domestic and international business opportunities.

“Tom brings 30 years of coatings industry expertise to this new role,” said Tripp Hyer, Gardner- Gibson Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Tom’s depth of experience is also impressive as it spans from traditional paint coatings to advanced silicone roof coatings. While he grows our customer base, his extensive experience will be invaluable to our new customers. We are very excited to expand into new markets and business segments.”

Ferrari previously held the role of Director of Retail Distribution for GACO Western, supporting silicone roof coatings. Prior to GACO, Ferrari served as Vice President of Dealer Sales for Behr Paint.

Gardner-Gibson is a manufacturer of roof, driveway and waterproofing coatings, caulks, spackles and wallpaper adhesives. The company operates 14 manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America.
