ELLAVILLE, GA - TCI Powder Coatings, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc., has appointed Rich Chappel Business Development Manager for the Southwest Region (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma). Chappel has over 25 years of experience in powder coatings and the industrial market segment. For the past 16 years, Chappel has successfully held several positions at Valspar in sales and market segment management. Prior to working for Valspar, Chappel was an integral part of the team that launched the Lilly Powder Coatings business.
