STAMFORD, CT - Arkema announced that Azelis Canada (Unipex Solutions Canada), an Azelis Americas company, will handle the distribution of the Orgasol^® product line across Canada. Azelis Canada now represents Arkema’s Orgasol line of polyamide powders for industrial applications.

The Orgasol product line will be marketed and supported through the C.A.S.E division (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) of Azelis Canada, expanding Arkema’s product offering of functional performance additives to these industry segments. The business aligns well with Azelis Canada’s current Arkema relationship for Sartomer acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers for high-energy-curable applications.

This move further strengthens and expands the relationship between the two companies. Originally started in 1968 with the Sartomer product line, and based on the continued growth and performance, this was a natural product line expansion that the companies are looking forward to in Canada.

Orgasol polyamides are a range of high-performance powders used as additives in paints, varnishes, inks and compounds to improve properties in highly demanding coating applications.
