EXTON, PA - Sartomer Americas, a business unit of Arkema Inc., has named Dr. Jeffrey Klang Director of Research and Development. In his new role, Klang will lead research and development (R&D) programs to support development and growth of high-value applications and technologies within Sartomer’s key end-use markets, including coatings, graphic arts, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, electronics and 3D printing. He will also ensure that Sartomer’s R&D efforts continue to align with current customer, market and regulatory needs. 

Klang’s extensive experience in R&D and product management includes three previous roles with Sartomer, including Manager of Coatings Platform R&D, Manager of Product and Process Development, and Group Leader of Monomer Development. Prior to Sartomer, he held a variety of R&D roles at ARCO Chemical.
